Digital product notice
The Puppy Roadmap sells digital products, including PDF guides, checklists, trackers, and other downloadable resources.
After purchase, you should receive access to your files digitally. Nothing physical will be posted or shipped to you.

Returns
Because our products are digital downloads, there is no physical item to return.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, saved, copied, or printed, it cannot usually be returned in the same way a physical product can.

Refunds for digital downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been delivered or accessed.
This is because digital files can be downloaded, copied, saved, or used immediately after purchase.

When a refund may be considered
We want to be fair. A refund may be considered in situations such as:
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- You were charged incorrectly.
- You did not receive access to your files and we cannot resolve the issue.
- The files are corrupted, missing, or technically unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You purchased the wrong digital product and have not accessed, opened, or downloaded the files.

When refunds are usually not available
Refunds are usually not available if:
- You changed your mind after receiving access to the files.
- You downloaded, opened, saved, copied, or printed the product.
- You expected a physical item, even though the product page explains that this is a digital product.
- You bought the guide but decided not to use it.
- You are unhappy with information that was clearly shown in the product description before purchase.
- You no longer need the product after purchase.

Download or access problems
If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us before requesting a refund. Most download issues can be fixed quickly.
When contacting support, include:
- Your order number if you have it.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A short explanation of the issue.
- A screenshot if something appears broken.

Refund request timeframe
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Requests made after this period may still be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.

How approved refunds are processed
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or Shopify’s payment system.

Discount codes and promotions
If you purchased using a discount code, any approved refund will usually be based on the final amount paid after the discount was applied.
Discount codes cannot usually be applied after a purchase has already been completed.
