Overview
This website is operated by The Puppy Roadmap. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Puppy Roadmap.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or using our digital resources, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
02Our products
The Puppy Roadmap provides digital puppy-related resources, including PDF guides, checklists, trackers, and educational downloads.
Our products are designed to help new puppy owners follow a clearer, calmer plan. They are educational resources and are not a replacement for professional veterinary, medical, training, or behaviour advice.
03Digital product delivery
After completing your purchase, you should receive access to your digital files through email, download link, customer account access, or another digital delivery method.
Because our products are digital, nothing physical will be shipped to your address.
04Personal use licence
When you purchase a digital product from The Puppy Roadmap, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal use.
- You may download and save your purchased files.
- You may print pages for your own personal use.
- You may use the guide and trackers for your own puppy or household.
- You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, copy, or republish the files.
- You may not claim the product as your own or use it to create a competing product.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our digital products, including text, design, layout, branding, graphics, checklists, templates, and downloadable files, belongs to The Puppy Roadmap unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly share our content without written permission.
06Payments and pricing
Prices are shown on the product page and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers. We do not directly store your full card details.
07Refunds and returns
Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered once the files have been delivered, accessed, opened, downloaded, saved, copied, or printed.
Refunds may be considered in limited cases, such as duplicate purchases, incorrect charges, missing files, corrupted downloads, or access issues that we cannot resolve.
Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
08Download support
If you do not receive your download link or cannot access your files, please contact us before requesting a refund. Most access issues can be fixed quickly.
- Your order number if you have it.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A short explanation of the issue.
- A screenshot if something looks broken.
